Group workshops in stress management and well-being
Understand stress, try concrete tools and develop resources for everyday life.
Stress is part of life. Yet few of us truly learn to recognize its signs or know how to cope with it.
Through interactive workshops based on sophrology, I offer spaces where participants discover how stress works, become aware of their own reactions and try simple techniques they can reuse in daily life.
Each workshop combines accessible concepts, discussion and practical exercises so everyone can leave with concrete tools suited to their reality.
Why choose a group workshop?
The group offers a different dynamic from individual support. It makes it possible to:
normalize what you are experiencing by realizing you are not alone
learn in a caring setting
practice exercises together
develop simple strategies that are easy to integrate into daily life
encourage sharing while respecting each person's pace
No prior experience in sophrology is required.
Workshops adapted to different settings
Because sources of stress vary according to life stages, each workshop is designed for its audience.
Schools
Learn from an early age to recognize emotions, understand bodily reactions and discover simple tools for breathing, relaxation and returning to calm.
These workshops especially support:
concentration
emotional self-regulation
self-confidence
a calmer classroom climate
In March/April 2026, I had the pleasure of leading a series of four workshops with a Grade 5/6 elementary class — a rewarding experience that confirmed the full potential of this approach with young people.
Workplaces
Stress has become a major issue in many organizations. These workshops help teams better understand stress mechanisms and try concrete strategies to support well-being, focus and recovery.
Community organizations and groups
Parents, caregivers, people going through a transition, retirees… Each workshop is adapted to the group's specific needs to offer accessible, concrete support.
General public
Would you like to offer a workshop in your municipality, library, community centre or association? I can design a format adapted to your audience.
A concrete approach
Each workshop is based mainly on sophrology and complementary approaches (Chinese medicine, helping relationship, etc.), and is built around three pillars:
Understand
To better recognize stress, emotions and how they show up.
Share
In a respectful climate where everyone can express themselves if they wish, exchange and integrate.
Experience
Through simple sophrology exercises that participants can reuse in daily life.
This structure supports learning while offering a genuine moment of pause and renewal.
Content, duration and exercises are adapted according to participants' age, needs, goals and context (school, business, organization or event).
One-off workshops or a series of sessions can be offered.
Whether in a school, organization, business or private group, I would be happy to discuss your needs and create a workshop suited to you. Each workshop is carefully built according to the group's needs. I favour a participatory approach where everyone can try simple, concrete tools adapted to their reality.
I especially appreciated that the workshops were divided into three parts: reflect, share and practice. They created a real moment of calm in the week and let me see my students differently. The topics addressed were very close to their daily reality.
Thanks to the workshops I learned to manage my stress better and to see stressful moments as a challenge. If I'm facing an exam and I'm stressed, I now know what to do because I have the right tools.
I learned to manage my stress better, to start looking at things on the bright side, and I'm seriously starting to become more chill!
My first sophrology experience with Rozenn was a real success. Exchanges, explanations and exercises are conducted gently and with care. Rozenn is professional, attentive and very warm. She guides us step by step toward deep relaxation and gives us useful tools to manage stress in daily life. The days following the sessions are more pleasant and gentle.
I really liked the group workshop format; I wasn't used to that. And in fact it allows you to exchange, share what you feel and recognize yourself in others' experiences. I found that interesting and reassuring. I also liked the variety of exercises (relaxation, movement, breathing and writing). It's comprehensive and really helps you mentally disconnect and refocus.
